How we Work: A Straightforward, Well Managed Bathroom Renovation Process
We’ve got a simple, well-run process that keeps your bathroom renovation moving in the right direction — without surprises or stress. It’s the same approach we use on every job, whether it’s a full refit, a new en-suite, or part of a bigger build.
It starts with a friendly Discovery Call, where we listen to what’s not working and talk through what you’d like to improve.
Whether you’re in Gateshead, South Tyneside or the wider North East we’ll next come and visit your home. We will measure up, look at layout options, and walk you through our Project Investment Tiers — that way know roughly where you stand budget-wise, even before the full design is finalised.
If you don’t have plans yet, we can help. With our full Design and Build Service, we’ll work with you on the layout, finishes and fittings — making sure the bathroom suits your space and your routine. Behind the scenes, our Regulation and Calculation Service covers anything structural or technical that needs sorting before we begin.
Next comes a proper Planning and Design Meeting, where we confirm the start date, finalise drawings, and agree on your Schedule of Finishes — so everyone’s clear on what’s going in and where. We also set out a tailored Disruption Minimisation Plan, so you know what to expect while we’re on site.
During the build, you’ll have a dedicated project manager, regular updates, and quality checks to make sure everything’s done properly.
Once we’re finished, we’ll walk through the space with you, sort any snagging, and only take the final 10% of payment when you’re fully happy. After that, we check in at 3, 6, 9 and 12 month intervals — to make sure everything’s still spot on.
