What We Do?
Our Design and Build service takes the stress out of large projects by keeping everything under one roof. Instead of you finding and managing an architect, we connect you with one of our trusted RIBA-accredited partners — professionals we know deliver creative, practical designs that work in the real world.

We handle the process from start to finish: site visits, drawings, revisions, and a fully itemised quotation for the build. If you choose Rushmore Developments to carry out the work, our experienced team manages every stage on site too - from planning permission and building control to the design details that turn plans into a beautiful, functional space.

And if you decide not to build with us, the drawings are still yours. All we ask is first refusal before you take them elsewhere.

And if we deliver your build, we’ll plan every detail with you — layouts, finishes and materials — then lock them in with our Schedule of Finishes. It’s a seamless process designed to save you stress and make sure your investment creates the home you’ve imagined..

How it Works
It all starts with a free Discovery Call and then an on-site visit, where we listen to your ideas, take measurements, and talk through layout options. If you’d like to move forward, you’ll sign a Design and Build contract and pay the design fee.

We’ll then bring in one of our trusted, RIBA-accredited architects to carry out site visits, produce drawings, and refine the design with at least one full revision. Once the plans are complete, we prepare a fully itemised quotation for the build, including everything you need: planning permission, building control, and structural calculations.

If you choose Rushmore for the build, we move into pre-construction planning. This includes a detailed Planning and Design Meeting, a full Schedule of Finishes, and a tailored Disruption Minimisation Plan — so you know exactly what’s happening and when. During construction, you’ll have a dedicated project manager, regular updates, and quality checks at every stage.
