This is a working conversation, not a sales pitch.
We’ll ask what’s driving your project: is it about more space, a better layout, or finally fixing something that’s not working?
Then we’ll talk through ideas, timing, and budget. We’ll introduce our three Investment Tiers (Quality, Premium, Designer) so you can see how different levels of finish affect the overall cost.
You’ll leave the call with:

A: We work on projects from around £10,000 to £50,000+. If your budget does not align with what you need, we’ll be honest about it upfront - and suggest alternatives if we can.
Q: Do you actually serve my area?
A: We work throughout Newcastle, Gateshead, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Durham and Sunderland. If you’re outside this area, we’ll let you know in the call.
Q: What happens after the Discovery Call?
